Perfect—we love advance planning! Contact us even if your event is 6-12 months away. Early booking secures better venue options, vendor availability, and pricing. For major events, we recommend reaching out at least 3-6 months in advance. We'll create a timeline and check in periodically as your event approaches.

Yes, we've successfully executed quality events with as little as 2-3 weeks' notice. However, availability depends on our current schedule, venue options, and vendor availability.
